"What stuck with me? How to work well with people I don't know. For example, when I am buddied up with someone I don't know for a school activity I feel much more confident. A keener interest in money, particularly saving and I'm about to start investing as I have a part time job now. I definitely see school as not as bad a place anymore. It's given me a different outlook and I appreciate my teachers more. I understand a bit more that people think differently to each other and I'm more accepting of that.
I like that I was able to be sponsored when I first came along. When mum showed me the information I didn't want her to spend all that money in case I didn't really like it. There was nothing I didn't like or appreciate.
