About Amanda
Thank you for visiting! Here's what seems relevant about me in relation to my life's work now that I am in my wisdom years.
After being raised in Dunedin, at 21 I joined the New Zealand police where I spent the next seven years as a front line constable. I experienced 'some things' that linger in good and not so good ways.
My own personal 'issues' led me to study human development. For three decades my work has been about contributing to the evolution of human consciousness. The way I do that is through the design and facilitation of potent transformational workshops for leaders and teams. This is my life's work and legacy.
Being pragmatic, a dreamer and an evolutionary thinker, visions of a better future for our planetary home and all that dwell here drive me every day. I started my own business in 1992. Since then my work has evolved as I have worked with tens of thousands of people and hundreds of business big and small in NZ and Aussie.
Inspired by human possibility, I deeply believe in the inherent brilliance in every individual. My work calls that brilliance forward and the results speak for themselves.
It was my honour to serve as a member of the Workwise Board for 14 years - helping those with mental health issues fulfil their dreams.
My highest calling is to call forward what I call the 'evolutionary integrity' of human beings - what we are designed to be at our best. This means learning to live into our natural potentials and making the most of the gift that human life has to offer.
For a very long time we have evolved by 'chance', we are now aware we can evolve by choice. This process is called conscious evolution. I am on the team that believes in the spirit of our Humanity to lead us to be equal to the incredible powers we now have to shape the future of millions over very long time frames.
We are so much more than we know.
